Sanding services |
We offer a specialised service of sanding and renovating wooden floors. We understand the importance of doing this right because of the inconvenience and the limited life on wood and therefore the need to work to an almost perfect standard |

Machinery used
All our machinery is modern with a dust emission of 2 milligrams per metre (practically nothing). The weight of our machinery is around 80 kg to ensure a clean and even, almost planed-like finish on your floor. |

Process
We prepare the floor, then sand all the dirt, glue and unevenness of the floor using the heaviest grit necessary, then proceed to sand to a smooth finish. We sand stairs landings and hallways.

Lacquers
We use bonakemi products to lacquer 99 % of all our floors. The same lacquer that goes in your home also has been used in Harrods, Kings Library, British Museum, National Gallery, Londons Founding Museum etc. It is a water based low odour slip resistant 100% polyurethane finish. |

Lacquers
It meets ONORM C 2354 Category C (very heavy wear) and will give many years of maintenance free if looked after properly.
